Here are some  helpful tips and hints to help you get the most from your JUKI Sewing Machine.

Need more needle positions.
Select pattern 00 or 01.
Activate the Zig Zag width button.  In the picture it is the button with the RED circle around it.   When the light to the left of the button is bright green the button is activated.
Use the Zig Zag Width Adjusting Lever to move your needle to different positions.  In the picture it is the lever with the BLUE oval around it.  As you move the lever from left to right the numbers in the pattern selection window ( It has the green circle around it) will change from 0.0 to 7.0.    If you would like a 1/4 seam using the  Regular Sewing Foot slide the lever to 4.5.

PLEASE NOTE - Insure you have the needle in it's highest position when adjusting the needle position.

5/8 Inch Needle Plate markings
The Needle Plate has two 5/8 seam markings on it.
The one with the red circle around it is when you are using the Stitch Pattern 01 and sewing straight in the Center Needle Position.   The 5/8 marked with the blue circle can be used as a 5/8 guide when in Stitch Pattern 00 and sewing straight in the left needle position.
